Giovanni Faleg
Dr. Faleg is currently a consultant at the World Bank (WBIKE), where he manages the Knowledge Hubs Community of Practice. He holds a PhD in European Studies from the London School of Economics and has extensive experience in academic, policy-oriented research and consultancy. He is affiliated to the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), the Johns Hopkins University-SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations (CTR) and the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).
Yassin Sabha
Mr. Sabha is an Italian-Jordanian young economist specialized in Global Trade and Competitiveness working at the World Bank Group in the Trade & Competitiveness Global Practice (former Investment Climate Department), Investment Policy Team. At the World Bank Group Yassin advises developing countries’ governments improve their investment policy to attract and retain Investment, both Foreign Direct and Domestic, working on issues related to investment incentives, investment entry, and investor rights protection.
Carmine Soprano
Mr. Soprano cares about youth and women, and specializes on economic empowerment and skills development as well as on informal trade. He currently works for the World Bank in Washington DC, and has previously held positions with the Inter-American Development Bank, the UN, international NGOs and the Private Sector in several countries on three continents. He is also a freelance blogger at “Corriere della Sera” (Italy’s most-read newspaper), and a violin player at semi-professional level. Carmine holds a M.D. in Development Economics.
